Accessibility.
Last updated: September 2026
Our commitment
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our website. Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some pages may not yet fully conform, and we track and fix issues as we find them.
What we do
- Design with semantic HTML, sufficient color contrast, and keyboard-navigable components.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful imagery.
- Test with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation on changes to major pages.
- Apply the same standards to the user-facing parts of the software we build for clients, where the client's own accessibility policy applies.
Request an accommodation
If you need information from our website in an alternative format, or need help using any part of it because of a disability, email [email protected]. Please describe the issue and, where possible, the page, browser, and assistive technology you are using so we can reproduce and resolve it quickly.
Third-party content
Some pages link to third-party content, for example our scheduling page hosted by Microsoft. We do our best to select vendors that prioritize accessibility, but we do not control the accessibility of third-party content. If you encounter a barrier there, contact us and we will help you find an alternative path, such as booking by email.
