Foyla is committed to making our website and service accessible to people with disabilities. If you encounter a barrier, we want to know — email [email protected] with "Accessibility" in the subject line and we'll respond within 5 business days.

Our commitment

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our marketing website and product surfaces. Accessibility is an ongoing effort — some pages may not yet fully conform, and we track and remediate issues as we find them.

What we do

If you need information from our website in an alternative format, or need help using any part of the service because of a disability, email [email protected]. Please describe the issue and, where possible, the page, browser, and assistive technology you're using so we can reproduce and resolve it quickly.

Third-party content

Some pages include third-party content (for example, an embedded scheduling widget). We do our best to select vendors that prioritise accessibility, but we don't control the accessibility of third-party content. If you encounter a barrier with embedded content, contact us and we'll help you find an alternative path.
